We deliver every last Thursday of the month. So if you purchased your membership before the 20th of the month or requested an equipment swap, we'll get in touch with you within the next few days to set up a time that works for the delivery!

Of course! Keeping our Hogy family motivated is our priotity. You'll be able to change your equipment on a monthly basis with our Premium membership and every 2 months with our Basic membership. All you have to do is go to your Account Settings page and submit a new equipment request by the 20th day of the month.

Yes, your account will be automatically renewed and your membership will be debited monthly. You can cancel any time before the day 20th of the month.

All our equipment is carefully sanitised between users and delivered taking into account all the safety measures that the government has put in place. (gloves, mask and safety distance).

Todo nuestro equipamiento pasa un exhaustivo control mecánico previo a todos los repartos. Cuando recibas tu equipamiento, recibirás una copia de la revisión que incluye revisión del motor, sistema eléctrico y puesta a punto.
